Permanent Housing Programs

La Casa Norte’s ultimate goal is to provide permanent housing with case management support to all youth and families. Shown below are programs that stably house our clients, no matter their needs.

  • Scattered-Site Supportive Housing

Serving youth and families across Chicago, scattered-site supportive housing provides a subsidized apartment with wraparound support services. This includes case management, employment and education services, health services, and therapy.

  • Pierce House

Opened in 2019, Pierce House offers 25 apartments for youth and youth-led families experiencing homelessness. Along with a fully-furnished apartment, residents receive case management and support services at our Humboldt Park community center located next door.

  • Rapid Re-Housing

To house youth and families as quickly as possible, rapid re-housing provides short-term rental assistance. Once a youth or family has been housed, this program provides comprehensive support services. This includes case management, employment readiness training, and access to healthcare, ensuring that clients can maintain permanent housing upon exiting the program.
