La Casa Norte is proud to collaborate with various landlords and other service providers in an effort to serve youth and families confronting homelessness.
The Trans Accountability Project (TAP) resource list provides comprehensive resources and opportunities in Chicago and within Chicago organizations created to address and inform the health, overall wellness, and concerns of trans women.
Being a Chicago landlord can be a challenging, yet rewarding experience. At La Casa Norte, we offer clients the necessary tools to budget and pay their rent on time. This service can be a direct benefit to landlords and we are excited to work with you!
La Casa Norte has several programs that will support you in identifying tenants. We also work with clients 1-on-1 to explain the details of their lease and housing agreements. Your future tenant will have a case manager who will work with them to budget and understand the importance of you receiving your rent on time. Our qualified team works with landlords throughout the city and provides free, certified housing inspections that could help you avoid future expenses.
If you are interested in joining hundreds of other Chicago landlords who are already benefitting from our free services, please contact Alex Diaz, Housing Outreach Coordinator at: 773-276-4900 x203.
Thank you to our partners for being an ally in our mission to end homelessness.
